I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, with five Toyotas in my family, all purchased and serviced at West Kendall Toyota. Unfortunately, my recent service visit was the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership. During a 5,000-mile inspection, my advisor Josue quoted me $250 over the phone and I approved the work. This is my second Camry. My first one lasted 18 years due to the amazing service at West Kendall Toyota. I have had my second Camry for 5 years and the service continues to be fantastic! My service advisor - Joaquin Lopez is most professional and helpful! I trust his recommendations. He is knowledgeable, takes the time to discuss and explain his suggestions, and has a great attitude.
