I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all! Customers be ware! While my vehicle was ultimately repaired and returned to me, the overall experience was very stressful. My car remained at the shop for several weeks, and I was given multiple completion dates that were not met. Communication was difficult throughout the process, as many of my calls were not answered and I often had to follow up repeatedly for updates. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
This guy Ramiro is by far the most irresponsible person I’ve ever had to deal with. He billed my insurance for $10,000 to repair a door where it came out terrible had my car for a month were he didn’t even complete the work the excuse was the weather being cold in south Florida. Had to pick up my car half done after having to pay an additional day for my rental which he promised to cover the extra day and lied. Took him back my car 3 times and never finished still missing my side view mirror camera did not fix my back bumper... read more
I had a disappointing experience with Kendall Customs. I entrusted Ramiro with painting my motorcycle fairing and paid $350 for the job. Unfortunately, the final work lacked proper shine and buffing, as initially agreed. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past week regarding completion of the remaining work, he has been unresponsive. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
Today i take my car to ramiro to replace my rear espoiler and came out beautiful with a perfect fit and super clean job i will definitely recommend this shop to everyone needs body, paint or exterior mods install good price and most important very friendly. Thank you very much Ramiro
