We had a Dr. Ann Giovanni enter the ER room without any introduction as to who she is. Although she may have appeared knowledgeable her professional etiquette was non existent. Upon entering the room she immediately placed her shoe upon the bed, legs wide open, exposing her crotch to my face as I was sitting at my wife's bedside. I’ve had all my surgeries done here I’m getting my 3rd back surgery in 10 days and Baptist Hospitals billing department won’t let me do payment plans for $1200 putting down $500 and I can’t even walk without this surgery and they told me 11 days before surgery when it’s been in the system for 6 weeks and they WONT let me have my surgery
The team did a great job.
Came to ER my nurse was Cindy S. I can’t say enough amazing things about her. Her bedside manner was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond and made my visit very easy. I can only hope every patient that comes to Jackson West ER is able to have her as a nurse. On a scale of 1-10 i would give her a 100. She’s absolutely the best nurse I’ve ever had in any hospital. Thanks so much for being so caring and respectful.
Everyone was so professional and helpful.
