Staff are amazing! Was referred by a friend when we were considering end of life care for our dog. Dr. G was so kind and listened to my concerns and answers all my(and my kids) questions. We scheduled the appointment for the following week. When the day came, she told me exactly what was going on and going to happen and let me stay as long as I needed. I cannot say enough good things about this vet and specifically Dr Michael. They are so kind and caring but most importantly make sure that we are well informed of all of the treatment options, the costs and the risks involved. They are so patient and understanding. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. Our extremely anxious dog hates going to the vet and the staff here go above and beyond to make the experience as calm and positive as possible. Both Dr. Gorman and Dr. Dubé are so great and we really trust them with our dogs care. A special thank you to Mia, the vet tech—she is amazing. Her kindness and genuine care have made such a difference for our dog (and for us). We drive from Penticton to go to this clinic and will recommend them to anyone!
