The reception staff were very unprofessional. They were openly swearing, gossiping about coworkers, and complaining about their jobs while the waiting room was full and everyone could hear them. In a medical setting, this creates unnecessary stress for patients who are already anxious or unwell. Venting should be kept to private areas, not the front desk. Thank you doctors & Nurses working in a timely fashion to see all patients
Useless. Over 4 hours of waiting to get a prescription filled. Still couldn't get it filled before they closed for the day. System is broken when you cant get basic medical needs met. Can not book an appointment so I guess you just keep showing up and wasting days at a time to try to get in. This is not even remotely acceptable. Maybe we all need to start finding out if a customer is a nurse or doctor and provide the same service level.
