I have had only positive experiences here. I was very unwell for a few weeks and the staff were very caring and took great care of me. Always kind and pleasant but professional as well.
I had a very poor experience here today, Was there when it opened at 11:30am and waited patiently until 2:30. I kept getting bumped by people that came in after me until I asked if I was going to see a doctor. They couldn’t find my name in their system and one of the receptionists put me higher in the queue. By the time my name was called by a nurse and taken to the room, I was told I would not see a doctor. I could not believe it, waited 3 hrs in pain for nothing. No apologies, no pain relief and a waste of time.
The last several times I've come there are no doctors on staff. No one to man the phones to tell you whether or not theres staff on hand to see you and yet they are still "open". It's not a very dependable location for urgent care. I would advise going to Kelowna for that.
I had to wait 2 hours so a nurse co8ld see me the woman in the front said that it wouldn't take that long and that we were 2nd in line. After that hour I got so pissed off that I ce up to the front and said all the people that came after us were checked except us, so the woman said I'll call a nurse right now, 30 minutes passed no one I came up again and the woman in the front said "Sorry you your next" but I had to wait another 30 minutes till I actually got checked.
Amazing staff took really good care of my Mom and me. Thank you!!!
