Excellent and friendly staff.
I'm really glad that we have this Urgent Care Centre in West Kelowna. The staff are kind and the nurses/doctor were very thorough.
I do not trust this place for urgent needs, as twice I’ve showed up and there are no doctors or nurse practitioners in the building. Both times the front desk was cold and unhelpful. It was worth the drive to the Kelowna ER where I was treated quickly and compassionately.
I never write reviews but today I felt like I absolutely had to!!! I just want to say thank you to the staff! Front end and back. I am so thankful to everyone who was so sweet and took great care of me today! Being very vulnerable and feeling not my best, the nurses were so kind and accommodating and the doctor was very gentle and made my experience very comfortable. Special thank you to the social worker!! I forgot their name).
My last two visits here were extremely efficient, friendly and compassionate. It’s obviously hit or miss on wait times and no one can predict those but the care I received was above expectation.
