I called in the day prior to get my prescription faxed and signed and when I called in the morning because it wasn’t signed and or were sent over a whole 24 hours later, the lady on the phone said can you not hear we’re busy and then told me it would get done eventually and hung up! I’ve been trying to get a new doctor for a while and just got new paperwork so I’m hoping it goes through because wow A little compassion and kindness along with simple customer service would be appreciated
Unfortunately they are down to just one doctor. So just a short wait. No walk ins. Its a nice clinic, just needs more doctors.
I have given up calling Dr. Gas office, poor Courtney is the only one working there. The other gal Jess has been off work for quite sometime and no date as to when she will be back. I understand a Dr. office is so busy especially when only one person is working. So I started emailing Courtney everytime I need an appointment or a prescription.
