I visited my Doctor today and while I was in the waiting room I witnessed what I consider to be verbal abuse towards Courtney. We need to accept that the receptionists are just doing their jobs and have no control over how long an appointment might take, they are doing their best to help everyone so please be courteous, kindness goes a long way.
