The time on the water was great, but the overall experience was disorganized. We booked a boat through their official website, but when we arrived after a 2+ hour drive, they said no reservation existed and blamed a buggy website. It took about an hour to sort things out, and then another hour to get the boat lunched. When we returned, we had to wait almost another hour just for someone to bring the boat back and do the inspection. Love this place. Rentals of all kinds. You name it they do it. If it has to do with fun on the water, this is your place. I've been using their storage and valet service for years and I have nothing but positive experiences with Mardy, Bev, and all the crew. We've rented sea doos a couple times too and it was perfect. Fair pricing and value added service across the board. If they're swamped, they'll put as many bodies as available on the tasks to keep wait times as minimal as possible.
