Best root canal experience ever! Even went back for more, lol. Calm and quick, no problems at all.
I’ve now had two root canals done by Dr. West, and she and her staff did a terrific job both times. Each one was different. The first one was more standard. I had a cracked tooth for the second one. She and her team are very professional and explain everything as they go along, which is much appreciated. They were happy to answer any questions I had both before and after. Thank you!
Had a root canal. When I received the shot/nova cane it was close to my jaw, so my jaw wouldn’t open. She said this was common. It took 15 or so minutes before my jaw would open. The root canal, she said, was deep. I had to come back a few days later, as she didn’t finish. She put a shot in my jaw and the same thing happened, I couldn’t open my mouth. She was super irritated! About two years past DDS Kelly did a root canal for me and I failed to write a review then. It was really smooth and professional as these things go. She was cordial, direct, plain spoken, clear on the message and did a very job of the drilling. I had no problems or issues at all. Although, the cost of a root canal anywhere in my view is excessive I'd surely rec'd DDS Kelly West for any work you may need and is within her dental specialty/expertise.
I highly recommend Dr. Kelly West! She did an amazing job on my root canal! I had s terrible experience years ago with a different Dr. so I’m really scared and get anxiety. I felt at ease as soon as I saw her she explained everything. After the canal I felt fine and actually was at ease. If I ever need another root canal I’m going back! She did my daughter’s root canal and she loved Dr. West as well! Nothing but great things about Dr. West and her office! Everyone was super friendly! Go here!
