ER Unfortuately I had to go to the emergency room at St. Joseph's hospital. The ER was absolutely packed that day and I waited for hours literally.Once I was finally taken in the back I also waited and waited before being seen and then basically no diagonis was given. I had to go to my general doctor the on their next bussiness day to find out what was actually wrong. Plus I had a huge bill.
Not satisfied It was recomended that I take my 10 year old there for chest pain. They took forever to see her, didn't run even an ekg, and didn't come up with a diagnosi. I later took her to East Pasco Medical. They were terrific and since it was the weekend...the next week when I took her to our family Doctor, he said the same thing as East Pasco.
Horrible Experience Couldn't sleep for days. This was at Christmas time. They took me to the PSYCH ward! Then they spoke to me for a few minutes, gave me no medication, and sent me home without treatment. Doc spoke to me for five cold minutes about nothing and sent me HIS bill for $550. Getting charged for no treatment. Never again will I go to that hellpit. PROS: Absolutely none CONS: No concern and no treatment for me.
Very Good Hospital I have always had good experiences at Saint Josephs Hospital. The staff are typically very friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses have all been very competent and knowledgable. My frustrations came largely from things that were out of the control of the hospital or staff. I would definitely continue to go here if necessary.
