Our AC was out and the thermostat was a black hole. Our technician showed up the same day as our call, found the problem (clogged drain tube which tripped a float which tripped a breaker) blew the clog out, resealed the pipe, and educated me on future maintenance in about 15 minutes. Since they bill by the half hour, he even offered to clean the outside unit. He discovered it was not sitting level so I found some boards and he fixed that too.
