Found them to be very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. The only reason for not 5 stars is the parking lot. Very very bad design. Only one way in and only one way out!! Very poorly designed parking and egress.
Extremely unprofessional service with human emotions and agenda affecting regular sales. As a customer paying with MY OWN MONEY, i expect a professional exchange of service and money, not a line of judgement and changing of standards when i try to purchase an item. If you don’t like selling items to people, don’t work somewhere you sell anything….especially highly sensitive and effective products, like a pharmacy…i will be reporting this service standard where necessary.
West Jasper Place IDA Pharmacy provides excellent service and truly cares about its customers. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with questions about medications. The pharmacy is clean, organized, and service is quick and efficient. A reliable and welcoming place for healthcare needs. Highly recommended.
