what can I say, Jeffrey made the process very easy and simple. I told him what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in, and he worked with me. Jeffrey really knows his stuff; Also, Laura made the finance very easy. I highly recommend coming in and giving them a chance.
Jeffrey was nice enough until agreeing on a price which turned our to be 25% more then advertised. Classic bait and switch tactics. He then proceeded to get the owner on the phone who spent the next 5min berating me after I tried to make a deal in good faith. Way to uphold the sleazy used car salesman stereotype.
