I have been trying now for 4 days to get policy service from them. No one answers the phone, no one calls back on their messages. I have sent emails to 4 different addresses... no response. When they were just West Insurance , I always got great service. It has now merged with John Galt insurance. Updated - After 20 minutes of holding today, spoke w/Jessica, very friendly and explained they were working on it

I can not say enough great things about Harley! She is truly a gem! She advocates for her clients when dealing with these (often difficult) insurance companies. I needed a matter handled urgently and she got it done! Thank you x 10000. I highly recommend.
