Horrible service! They steal your money then claim you owe for a policy from 5 months ago! When you cancel they make it difficult and when asked to email the companies policy and procedure regarding prorated amounts and cancellation letters they state they can not email any statement on what was told. Very suspicious and scam like. I would run from this company. No ethical consideration and sla scamming company. Will be sued soon. Thank you. This is the worst Insurance agency you could ever attempt to work with. They do not do what they say they will do from a clerical standpoint. They do not reach out to you (their customer) when any issues arise, they wait and make you reach out to them causing Audits, lapse in coverage and so on. If I didn't already run two companies, I would open an Insurance Agency right beside them and go back to the basics...CUSTOMER SERVICE.
