Mike was in one word: fantastic. So helpful and knowledgeable about the Garrison marketplace. I was selling a property from a 1000 miles away and Mike made it so easy. I had a couple special requests and Mike tackled them head on and got them completed successfully. He's always available, well connected locally and I highly recommend him.
Very difficult to deal with selling home very over priced. Plan on getting your check book out to fix everything the handy man has touched. Nothing up to code, total disaster.
