For as long as I have been taking my truck in, I've had good experiences. I value them as part of the community - we are lucky to have them here. They treat me well, and when suggestions are made about repairs needed, I never feel like it's an attempt to upsell me into more billable work. I drive a 20 year old truck, and any place I'd been before finding this gem has tried to sell me services that cost more than the truck did. Harold and the team at the West Hurley Service Center are incredible, talented, honest and fair. Today, they quickly identified the source of a leak in our sunroof and AC and fixed the problem for $16.20! The dealer (Prestige Toyota) would have charged hundreds to "analyse" the problem. We will no longer take our 2007 Toyota anywhere else. Thank you, West Hurley Service Center.

Harold and his garage are the very very best. Yesterday I brought my car I thought something was wrong. He checked it out for me and took his ttime and said…no there’s nothing wrong. I went to Pay and was told… when we do nothing you pay nothing. This has happened a few times. When there is something to fix, they do it well, and they do it honestly. Since we moved from New York City, my wife and I have brought both our cars to Harold for the last 30 years and it’s always been a great experience. Highly highly recommend!
