OM! I thought I was the only one who is having their credit ruined by these crooks. They are the only scar on my credit. I had a scan done spring of 2020 and paid the balance on May 1st 2020. They still claim that I owe them, even though I have proof that I paid via my BofA account. What's the deal? Shouldn't someone be investigating them? With the number of complaints on here, and who knows how many not on here, we can't all be wrong/confused!! This is outrageous!

This company is fradulent. Reported to a Collection Agency which then hit my Equifax credit score. I disputed the charge twice and it was reported as legitimate. After paying them twice they keep coming back for more money. Do not pay them! I’m having to hire a lawyer for this!

I have no idea why this company has an account on me. I just found out about my bill after 3 yrs. Now it is affecting my credit.

Not sure what the bill was even for, since I had already paid the hospital. And they only sent me invoices by mail, which I couldn't check for two months because I was at home. They sent out a final notice saying that if I didn't pay in some amount of time, they'd send a collection agency after me and it would screw up my credit score. Who the hell sends a collection agency after a 20 year old for $23.88???
