I was told to arrive early so I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment... Only to be seen an hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. When I was finally seen, the doctor practically scolded me that I should've just booked a televisit. That would have been great if they had offered or told me it was an option - frustrating to say the least! We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, but we were not seen until 1.5 hour after the appointment time. The waiting room was full of patients, which suggests that the scheduling system was poorly managed. The doctor’s office clearly overbooked appointments. Huge waste of time.
From scheduling, vist, to leaving, everyone was so prompt, polite, and help. I definitely recommend and will absolutely return.
The doctor is knowledgeable and caring and concerned, and the staff is good
