I can’t believe this office has 4 stars. This has been the worst obgyn experience I’ve had in 6 years. I’ve had 3 appointments here (not by choice but I had to come back for testing and results) with Dr. Kimthu and she’s been a HOUR late or more for ALL of them. I’ve been her first 2 appointment of the day, middle, and last and she’s been late to all of them. She only apologized once. The front desk wouldn’t even send me my test results. The are always delaying My appointment was for 11 :00 am but the doctor chu visit me at 01:00 pm the waiting time doesn’t make sense we always waiting for 2 hours for an normal visit

I felt comfortable and everyone was so nice. Including the secretary at the at the front desk and the nurse that took my blood. Thank you

It's nice going to see physicians that don't mask you feel judged. That answer your questions and educate you. There are so many unknowns and unpredictable outcomes that occur for sexually active individuals and it's nice having staff that makes you feel comfortable to even ask the most embarrassing and tough questions. The facilities are clean and the staff is always courteous.
