Having to switch primary care physician, I was referred to see Dr Karen T here at the Katy location. Warm, welcoming front office right off the top. Definitely LOVE my familiar faced nurse. Dr T has good bedside manner, can be quick, but will make time to give you extra attention when you need it. Sometimes even just a small compliment. Of course hit some schedule snags in the beginning but when they did work until after 8pm one night to get my appointment when I needed it. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. If your appointment is at 9:30am be prepared to wait until 11am to see the doctor and be on your way. They take FOREVER and run all these unnecessary tests that your insurance probably doesn't even cover and you will later be billed for. You will also have follow up visits to discuss any test results but that will also be another 2 hour wait just for them to not even explain anything.

Worst facility ever visited. Came here for annual wellness check just because they were in network with my insurance, they did all non sense checks which are not covered by insurance and without my consent. They sent my samples to a laboratory that is out of network deliberately without my consent and I received claims from the lab for an exorbitant amount. Doctor hardly spent 10 secs during visit and didn’t pay attention to the patient concerns. They seem to be following the same strategy with lot of other patients to overc... read more
