the worse experience ever. It's been over a month and still no eye glasses. terrible service . great lip service but no action. not sure how this place is still in business. stay away from this place . I made a big mistake coming here.

It's rare that I post such a poor review. I interacted with an employee working at the front desk whose job is in essence as a salesperson for Eyewear. My selection of glasses wear provided to her. When they arrived, they were not what I selected. She told me the "other girl" helping me made the correct order. There was no "other girl" as she was helping me. Hidden fees that won’t be covered by insurance, optometrist was too casual for my personal preference. Ordered contacts from them, they forgot to order (even though I had paid), called and they made up a lie said they’d be there in a week, they forgot again, called again in a week to find out they forgot to order, then they 2 day rushed them and then never notified me of their arrival. I have been a customer of West Hollywood Optometric Center for many years. Dr. Chung is an excellent optometrist and the office staff is top-notch. They are friendly and helpful and very kind. I recently purchased new eyeglasses and had an allergic reaction to the material on the frames. I couldn't afford to purchase another pair of glasses and my insurance only covers new frames every two years. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all cost! I was charged 120.00 additional for polarized lenses which I agreed to and payed for. Later that day I received an email saying they undercharged me and I actually owed an additional 90.80. I told them to go ahead and create the lenses without polarized as I didn’t want to pay an additional 90.80 making the total cost an additional 210.00 for polarized lenses when I had already agreed to and been charged the 90.80.
