Easy to make an appointment and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Goldstone who was very nice. Mitra at the front desk was especially great, very friendly and helped me pick out my glasses and understand what my insurance covered so I got the best deal possible.
Staff and Doctor were so friendly and professional! Particularly Mitra who helped me with lenses was so great! They really know their stuff here
Dr. Chung and Dr. Goldstone are great. Professional and trustworthy. The only reason this business is getting 3 stars. It’s like going to the Dentist these days. Front desk is trying to upsell— pushing - stating one price then its hundreds more. Just want to get what needs to be done and Get out. Not pleasant.
I have received annual eye exams at this location for the past three years, and each visit was fully billed to my insurance with no out-of-pocket cost. However, this past fall I unexpectedly received a bill in the mail. I called the office and asked that the claim be submitted to my insurance. I also contacted my insurance company directly to confirm that no claim had been received or denied.
