I've been a patient at Total Vision since 2019. The staff are friendly and professional, and I appreciate that I can conveniently schedule appointments. They give me a fair price for my contact lenses and always throw in some extra boxes of samples.
Immediately, when I walked in, the professionalism is obvious. The workers were kind and beyond helpful Mitra (I’m sorry to misspell your name!) was heartwarmingly attentive. Definitely will return there for any future eye related appointments.
I usually see Dr Goldstone (there on Thursdays and Fridays). Very personable, empathetic with a great bedside manner (easy on the eyes too). Paulette was very helpful with ordering contacts afterwards. Was surprised by the final bill. Way lower than expected.
Amazing staff. Mitra and Polet are extremely helpful.
I had a great experience. Dr. Chung was helpful in explaining my vision and the need for a stronger prescription. Nooshin was very helpful in finding me some frames the fit in my budget since I am self insured. She even found me good discounts on the frames and exam. I highly recommend this local business!
