I should have read the reviews before going here. This place will overcharge you. They charged for a contact fitting? $100 Which was just me putting on the contacts the doctor recommended. This was not the eye exam. They also didn’t do some of those other tests like where you look at the balloon in the distance. The contacts he recommended me were extremely expensive. $900 (not including the rebate) I have insurance that normally covers vision 100%. I felt like this place was overcharging me like crazyy. Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely terrible! They double-dipped me on my insurance when one company covered everything, and they even ran my card without my permission. To top it off, I received a second bill from my second insurance company that I owed even more money. They overcharged me by $250 on my contacts. On top of that, they had false charges on my claim for services I never rendered. I’m still waiting for a call back and refund, and for them to reach out to my insurance company to reverse everything.
the worse experience ever. It's been over a month and still no eye glasses. terrible service . great lip service but no action. not sure how this place is still in business. stay away from this place . I made a big mistake coming here.
It's rare that I post such a poor review. I interacted with an employee working at the front desk whose job is in essence as a salesperson for Eyewear. My selection of glasses wear provided to her. When they arrived, they were not what I selected. She told me the "other girl" helping me made the correct order. There was no "other girl" as she was helping me.
