I was treated like an animal and gaslit about things I never did or would do. Not enough communication between staff, inconsistent schedule, regularly tolerated racism, dishonest staff (mostly due to upper management), rude and unprofessional nurses, catty clients, and a notoriously sketchy admissions office. I have only wonderful things to say about this program. I attended West Hollywood ATC about 4.5 years ago and it was the first and only in-patient addiction treatment program that I have attended. I have maintained complete abstinence from all drugs and alcohol since October 24th, 2021, which is the day before I arrived at West Hollywood ATC. West Hollywood Treatment Center truly changed my life. The level of care here is incredible, and you can feel how much the staff genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the doors. The team is compassionate, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I never felt like “just another client” — I felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Persistent cigarette smoking takes place on and around the premises, endangering the health of residents, staff, and neighbors! This is in direct violation of the West Hollywood Smoke-Free Housing Ordinance. The city has notified West Hollywood ATC multiple times! People have a right to clean air!

I honestly would leave no stars if possible. I came from out of state with no connections to anyone, I was dropped off at emergency room and a phone number was NEVER Given to me. It was given to security which shift changes and gets lost in translation. I walked around detoxing lost in the pouring rain for HOURS. I had something horrible happen to me UNDER their care. I have still not received my belongings despite having my current case manager reach out in addition to myself. I went to another facility. I want to be sober.... read more
