The staff is very compassionate and thorough. The prices are fair for the services.
WH vet accommodated us when our pup was very ill. They gave wonderful, sensitive care while trying to treat the underlying problems. They gave wonderful were both professional and courteous.
I had an emergency situation and West hills got my dog in immediately. They explained everything thoroughly and shared their suggestions. I was even able to get advice on my other pet that wasn’t with me. Their pricing is also very affordable and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I took my dog to get checked out and I just moved to the area and was very nervous. However I was immediately blown away by the kindness and comfort Brendan provided. He was so caring and understanding to my situation and treated me and my dog like family. She is normally scared of people and she warmed up to him immediately. Brendan was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will 100% come again ! I was very pleased with the experince. It's not just a transaction it's a family dynamic. THANK YOU BRENDAN!
