Called several times to inquire about my dog's medication and I was told that they would call me back. They never did. Also the wait time is really long. We switched to the Dabney Dr. Animal Hospital.
Well today was the day. After bringing my pets to West Hills for the past 35 years and my parents bringing our dogs well before then, I am officially done. Brought my dog in for a routine annual exam and vaccinations. She has been on heartworm and flea and tick preventative for 7 years now. Asked about a special that was running last year on medication, trying to save a few dollars. Assistant left to bring me an estimate, so I wouldn’t have any surprises. Professional staff, answered all questions about a new puppy visit. Very understanding about how many general questions I had. Got the dog neutered here too and very reasonable prices. They also have sales!
