You would be better off going to the local animal shelter for child care than this place. We took our first born here for 3 years and everyone was great. They changed staffs sometime last year and I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone that got hired has never worked with children or medicine before. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Office manager Amy has no bedside manners. She is rude when questioned about things. She also stated she is a nurse when she is really a medical assistant.
I had a good experience here. It is a small office, I believe there was just 1 nurse, 1 secretary & 1 doctor there, but that was ok for us because we were the only family there so we were seen right away. I like Dr Monroe & am content with her care, recommendations & expertise for my 2 month old baby. The nurse was really compassionate. We got free formula samples. Dr wrote a prescription for our son, asked what pharmacy we wanted it to go to and we told her. Said to wait til after lunchtime to call pharmacy which we did. We called multiple times in the afternoon checking on the script and was told everytime they haven’t received it from the doctor. We called the doctor office back and found out she sent the script to the wrong pharmacy.
