You would be better off going to the local animal shelter for child care than this place. We took our first born here for 3 years and everyone was great. They changed staffs sometime last year and I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone that got hired has never worked with children or medicine before. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Office manager Amy has no bedside manners. She is rude when questioned about things. She also stated she is a nurse when she is really a medical assistant.
I had a good experience here. It is a small office, I believe there was just 1 nurse, 1 secretary & 1 doctor there, but that was ok for us because we were the only family there so we were seen right away. I like Dr Monroe & am content with her care, recommendations & expertise for my 2 month old baby. The nurse was really compassionate. We got free formula samples.
