Three weeks waiting to have a follow up appointment, then they tell me it was for one week, doctor told me two weeks so I waited for them to schedule me as for years of going to different doctors they usually give your appointment before you walk out the door. Nothing. Finally I go in and they are trying to get results of my xray the time of the appointment, yes did I mentioned three weeks waiting. Dr. Griffin is an exceptional primary care physician. He is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. However, the office staff could use some improvement. They aren't always the friendliest or most helpful. Getting through to them on the phone can be a challenge, and an overall exhausting experience. What’s the point of having a primary care physician, if the office staff can’t match Dr. Griffin’s care for his patients.
