Good techs, but shady pricing. I was quoted $550 for the 32k-mile service with a rental included — the final bill came to over $700 for what was basically an oil change and tire rotation. That included a $45 "shop supplies" fee nobody could explain. The service manager promised a refund that never came. Check every line on your invoice.

Wonderful dealership. I've been going to West Hills KIA for multiple years to have my Kia Optima serviced. Every single time I go I have an exceptional experience. I almost always work with Jason and he's amazing. He is very helpful and always willing to explain (and re-explain) the details of the services that are required on my car. I would recommend West Hills to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to buy or needing their vehicle serviced.
