I'm not certain, but it appears that Honds dealerships either don't have access to the service records of other Honda dealerships, or they do but just don't care in an attempt to make money. Although I bought a 2018 Honda CR-V at a Honda dealership in Indiana less than a year ago that claimed to have performed their whatever-point inspection and tons of normal servicing prior to selling me this car, the West Hills service center is telling me that there's no record of multiple items that were supposedly serviced right before... read more
Really fantastic service! Wendy was attentive to our needs and made sure that our vehicle was serviced quickly and at fair price. You can tell that they really value their customers and will go the extra mile here.
Dante at West Hills Honda did a great job coordinating my car's service. He did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done and why. Additional work needed was well communicated and explained such that I could make an informed decision. Work was completed in a timely manner.
