I actually have had a very similar experience at this shop. They jerked me around for 2 weeks waiting for a tire install and state inspection. I made the mistake of dropping the bike off before making an appointment on the phone. I would have been fine with waiting if they had only been honest from the beginning. You want bad service, piss poor excuess for a Honda dealer. They are not friendly, the service manager is just nasty to talk with if you have any problems. They will not send back any info through email regarding problems you are having with there service and products. My advise is just head down the street becouse this place has brought bad service to a new low.
