Stay away! The lack of communication is appalling. My husband and I were searching for a truck and thought we had found one. We went out of our way to bring our whole family (daughter not even a year old) to the dealer to finalize purchasing the vehicle. We saw three different prices, one online for $6K, one with our first salesman for $7K, and another for $9K with another salesman. I would give the sales and service staff a higher rating, but the finance people who used high pressure tactics to push an extended warranty on me would receive minus 1! After returning home and realizing I did not want the warranty, I attempted to cancel but it took more than 24 hours to reach the finance person. The process to cancel was slow and difficult but was accomplished as far as I knew. According to finance person, refunds are available in 4-6 weeks. My 2017 **** Edge had a check engine light. I was told I had to leave the car with them for ***** hours just to diagnose the problem. No loaner cars were available so I had to rent a car. They charged my $189 for each engine diagnostic event though the computer gave them a total list when connected. They replaced a fuel vapor separator and marked to price of the part up over 50%. What should have taken 1 day took 4 days. Slow service and over pricing are the chief issues.

02.22.2024 traded in my 2012 **** Fusion, Silver in color, with *******+ miles on it. Received less than $2700 for the trade. TODAY 02.25.2024 they have it listed for sale at $11,988 with a FALSE ODOMETER READING OF 32,000!!!!BUYER BEWARE!

Was quoted $99 for an oil change. And when I went to pick it up. They'd try to build me 150 because it was full synthetic.This service at board is incredibly horrible and dishonesthat's true, since we have a knew **** Maverick, there have been so many recalls and so many trips to the service where they have to keep it for multiple days for simple issue.

West Hills Ford has a reputation as the least competent service department in the area. If not from Kitsap County, or new to the area, save yourself the trouble and go to ************. Those who have had dealings with the service department at West Hills know; they take too long, over-charge and have a difficult time making the repairs. THEY DO NOT CARE.I was quoted ~$2500 to for repairs including front in vibration on my truck that was under warranty. Very poor customer service. Took my vehicle in for repair. They kept it for 2.5 weeks and when I called they ghosted me. After many attempts to call them I finally went to their location . They had not even started to work on my vehicle. During the initial quote I was charged twice for the same services. I took my vehicle home and had another company work on it. They did a beautiful job with one day turnaround for a better price. I will never take my vehicle to West Hills Ford again.

This dealer makes you wait for 3-4 hours for a diagnostic and tire rotation. There is often little resolution with this dealership when you bring a concern to them. There was also an incident in which their partner, ************* center garage door slammed on top of my car and no one did anything about it.

Sent me a Reimbursement check for licensing overcharge , I couldnt cash it and asked them for a replacement. I was told they would send me a new one and never sent it. I called the dealer twice. I guess they are happy to take your money but hate to give any back. $45 down the drain!
