Went for an interior detail and it was exceptional! I will definitely be coming back when it’s dirty again. John was helpful and great to work with.
The rental side of this place is an absolute scam and the customer service is absolute trash. They completely blamed something on my wife but never contacted us or our insurance, then magically the paper work disappeared. Because of this we are no longer allowed a courtesy car for our brand new vehicle.
Outstanding service. Have taken two cars in for a full detail (interior / exterior) within the past 2 months. Both came back looking like brand new. Great value. Highly recommend West Hills Detail Center. Will be back.
Truck was pretty rough (dirty) before I took it in. After they were finished, it could have went back on the showroom floor. They did an outstanding job and I will be going back to them come spring time!
