This is the best place I have rented from in emporia so far. Kim the manager is absolutely amazing and Jose in maintenance is amazing as well. After the big storm we had I didn't even have to call about the siding being destroyed it was replaced when I came home. The community is quiet, never any issues. Most definitely happy and plan to stay.
