Brianna in the service department was very informative and my interactions with her were very pleasant, however my car was there for 5 business days and my car was not fixed. The loaner vehicle that was given to me smelled so bad of marijuana and cigarette smoke. I'm displeased with the fact I've had this issue since I've leased this car in February and here it is 6 months later and it's still not fixed.
Lisa Martin is the best service advisor at this dealership. I highly recommend her to anyone needing service to their vehicle. She always takes care of my mustang.
