Taking advantage of people - Worst experience EVER! I’ve been a customer of West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park for years. I will no longer be returning to this location nor this company. My vehicle went in for an extremely common complaint with the type of vehicle that I have. It took the mechanics three days to figure out the problem and to be able to fix it.
