The service department was very pleasant. They worked efficiently completing the job earlier than promised. They also explained the work they completed. Excellent experience!

Took an old (2015) 4Runner in for a "pre-purchase exam", explaining that it had an intermittent "grind" or "growl" at low speeds that I was concerned about. For $300+ the tech went over and under it with a Go-Pro, explaining what he was seeing with the truck on a lift, but didn't appear to drive it. He noted the age and mileage related wear and tear but no real alarm bells, so I bought it. Staff is very polite and professional! I had an appointment to rotate my tires. I’m not a mechanic so k thought this can’t take to long right…..an hour and 48 min later it was ready. Now maybe it takes tnat long I don’t know but I wished the service rep who booked me in would have said it would be about 2 hours. Other than that service area is nice and comfortable
From the first time I walked in the showroom door to the first time I came in for service, I was greeted by a smile and a friendly face.
