I booked a service appointment for 7:30am drop off, which did not realize meant leave all day. Jody the service advisor called at 8:15am to first ask if I would like to be up charged for transmission fluid change and I declined. She then asked me when would I like my car? I responded between 10am-11am. She told me can’t do that and maybe sometime after lunch? I have done many service appointments at this location but never had this happen.
