Always a great experience, I would only buy from westherr.
My experience with West Herr Subaru has always been very good. From my experience in purchasing a new vehicle to it's service department. My vehicles service was complete ahead of schedule and I was not charged for the NYS inspection. I really appreciate the fact that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
This was my 1st time getting a yearly inspection at this location. It was quick and took less time than they had said. My vehicle is only 1 year old with 6,000 miles so it should have passed without any issues. They provided a video of the whole process so that was helpful. The only improvement on the video is if they could talk louder because of all the background noise and watch what they have the camera pointing to because some of what they were describing to me was not visible in the video.
It’s good to feel safe. I always come back because of the great service department. Always keep me going
