Always great service.
I was in for my free oil change and inspection. Everything went well. I don't have any complaints
hands down the best dealership experience we have had they not only cared about our issues but they actually dug and found them this was the 4th subaru dealership we went to the other three said there was no issue and magically now there is no issue because they actually figured it out for us i would t even think about going to another dealership again and when we buy our next vehicle it will most certainly be through them

I recently had my Subaru serviced at West Herr Subaru of Rochester, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carli assisted me during my visit and did an outstanding job. They changed the oil, performed a full vehicle inspection, placed the new inspection sticker on my windshield, and explained all the issues that need attention.
