Fantastic parts department!
Friendly, helpful they do a great job on my Subaru.
My son was visiting from MA and had to get his Crosstrek serviced ASAP before the trip back. Greg fit us in in short order. Though the car had all sorts of warning lights come on, the Auto Tech went to basics of "every Corrective Maintenance should begin with Preventive Maintenance." The car ended up with a simple fix and we were on on our way with no futher reoccurence. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I was sent a part I did not order. I ordered a part for my subaru forester and was sent a part for an imprenza. When I called to try to straighten this out I was told it was not their fault and I must have ordered the wrong part. They sent me their return policy and if I returned it I would be charged a 35% restocking fee and I would have to pay my own shipping. The gentlemen I spoke with was rude.
