Worst vehicle purchase experience in 52 years has been with this dealership especially the West Herr Honda in Lockport! They lied to us, they manipulated us into buying a vehicle that was not ready for sale, and then while needing repairs to a vehicle they should not have sold us they have pushed us aside taken our money and could care less about getting our vehicle on the road.
