Excellent service and customer care
For years, I have wondered how people go about their days not realizing that in Willy Wonka & the chocolate factory that Charlie's grandfather wasn't really a good guy. He stayed in bed all day and let his daughter struggle to make ends meet. Then magically when Charlie gets a "golden ticket" he can start walking. Bad dude. Anyways service at Nissan is great every time. Love them.
I like the videos showing you the parts of your car. Also the staff is excellent, respectful and knowledgeable. Kudos to West Herr Nissan of Orchard Park 9
