The service and communication was great. I had quite a few issues with my 2018 pathfinder but the team at west herr nissan fixed the issues and my vehicle drives immaculately. Thank you west herr nissan.
I called for service and was fortunate enough to get an appointment for the same day.I made the appointment with call center (spoke with Lauren). I Arrived for the appointment and was told “you do not have an appointment and we would not be able to fit you in if you did. And there is no one named Lauren…” I rearranged my day, work schedule, and children’s activities to be told I was mistaken. I had a huge dent and scratches in my car , I took it in and in no time it was done and looked brand new. I’m so impressed and will be coming back. If I could give it more stars I would !!
