Excellent Service!
Service was completed in a timely manner. The tech explained what needed to be done prior to the service and was able to have the tire repaired under warranty.
Kyle and the service team at West Herr Lincoln are phenomenal from start to finish. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. I love my 2025 Lincoln Navigator black label. The manager Charlie Mancuso does a phenomenal job making sure every customer gets taken care of.
Kyle was so polite and professional when I had my Lincoln serviced. He was very accommodating and made sure the service was moving along, keeping me informed.
