I had 2 terrible experiences. First one i had received multiple emails to have maintenence appointment so I booked it, arrived there and the told me im not due for it yet. Second one I arrived and receptionist was disrespectful and rude kept on saying I don't have an appointment even though I showed her the email, disagreed with me on so many information about my car although she has everything in front of her.
