I was due for a tire rotation under my free 3 year maintenance plan. I have my winter tires on different rims, so they swapped them out for me for free, instead of the rotation. The tech accidentally kept 5 lugs, but Dave called me on my way home and said I could come back anytime to pick them up. (My winter wheels use different lugs). Also, it was raining so my summer wheels were wet, but the tech made sure to put the wheels perfectly on the plastic so my folded-down seats didn't get wet/dirty.
