I brought my car in for an oil change tire rotation. They sent me a video of the work as it was performed. I have to say it was unbelievable Customer service Services great. I’m sure I will be doing all my business with West Herr
Zach was amazing! Very professional and efficient.
The individual who greeted me never introduced himself. After the installation I pointed out that the seat covers did not fit properly and told that in time they would smooth out. It's been a week, they are either incorrectly identified for my vehicle or installed improperly. I'm not a happy camper!!
