The work was done quickly and completely. A recall was not able to be done due to the unavailability of parts but that is Ford’s issue and not West Herr’s I am completely satisfied.
My daughter is going to UB and needed some work done on her Bronco and from Gail at the service counter to the service people working on her car it’s comforting to know in the world we live in today that kindness and people looking out for your children still exists !
