They don't answer the phone. Called 3 different days and nobody answered after being on hold 20 minutes plus each time. Requested to be called back and when I received a call back I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back after leaving a message. Had good service before so they get 2 stars.
Customer of 8 plus years . I purchased a LTZ Impala and a Ford Taurus SEL from here. All I can say is its wonderful. My salesman was Jerry. A black older gentleman. His service was quick and efficient. Really gives me my wishlist each time. Great vehicles. He made sure they were given to me In pristine condition both vehicles also had very low mileage! Would give zero but not a choice. Had recall repaired here less than 100 miles car broke down requiring tow. Towed to closest Ford dealership not (west herr) where diagnose was wrong part installed created failure. When I called to inform service manager he denied any wrong doing and disrespected me calling them out. Told them I was going to contact Ford and he didn't seem to care at all. Will not buy or service here again.
Go anywhere else. Just for diagnostics, no work done whatsoever, it cost over $400. An absolute joke. Nothing but upselling and nickel and dime tactics. Appalled doesn’t even begin to describe it.
