Took my car in September 2024, for a recall to the driver door arm. They had my car for the day & when I got my car back the door was the exact same. I brought this to their attention immediately. Months later they had me bring the car back and on the sheet where they print out the reason why your car is there & have you sign, they neglected to put the actual reason on the sheet, I had to write it in and make sure they would fix it. I am extremely pleased every time I take my car into West Herr Amherst for the scheduled service appointments. First, they are proactive on contacting me in advance to schedule appts for the service intervals. Scott is the service manager I was assigned to when I purchased my vehicle. He is very kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He does a great job all around. I enjoy the consistency of seeing the same employees when I go there.
