Came in for general service and was up sold on a slew of services. I appreciate the video sent directly from the service tech explaining the itemized upkeep. The vehicle isn't even 3 years old with less than 20k miles on it. The gentleman at the desk was very kurt and rude as though everyone knows what he knows. I've been going to this dealership and service center for over 10 year and never had this issue. Will definitely be looking into an alternative moving forward. This place always confuses me. Makes me wonder if they get paid commission on uping the price for service. I have a FORD account and can see the FORD points I've accumulated. I went on line with my FORD account to purchase front and rear FORD blackout badges and it asks if I want to redeem my points to have them installed. So I have enough points to purchase yhe front and back badges and have the parts installed.
