This place always confuses me. Makes me wonder if they get paid commission on uping the price for service. I have a FORD account and can see the FORD points I've accumulated. I went on line with my FORD account to purchase front and rear FORD blackout badges and it asks if I want to redeem my points to have them installed. They don't answer the phone. Called 3 different days and nobody answered after being on hold 20 minutes plus each time. Requested to be called back and when I received a call back I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back after leaving a message. Had good service before so they get 2 stars.
Customer of 8 plus years . I purchased a LTZ Impala and a Ford Taurus SEL from here. All I can say is its wonderful. My salesman was Jerry. A black older gentleman. His service was quick and efficient. Really gives me my wishlist each time. Great vehicles. He made sure they were given to me In pristine condition both vehicles also had very low mileage!
