Very nice people
I was very happy with the repair and with the service at West Herr. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated regularly regarding the process and when my 2019 Chevy Equinox would be finished. They communicated directly with the insurance company and then let me know what was happening. It was probably the easiest repair I have ever had done on a car. That being said, I still wish that deer had better decision making skills about crossing a road!
I recently had major collision work done to my 2022 F350. The whole experience was totally top notch. I was kept up to date with progress reports. People I dealt with were caring and friendly. When I went to pick the truck up after repairs were completed I was astounded with the quality of the work. Not only was the work done to perfection, the truck was detailed inside and out.
