I had a tree damage the rear panel on my 2017 MKZ. It took 9 weeks for the repair, but everything got fixed and the quality was outstanding, on par with the factory. I felt that going with West Herr was the best choice because they have the staff, skills and resources to handle a lengthy and detailed repair that required a lot of time and patience to complete. The results were worth it, and they knew how to work with Geico to get it all covered.

Needed bodywork after a hailstorm, drove in and was promptly greeted. Staff photographed and wrote up an estimate, very thorough.

To all involved, My 2016 F150 had front bumper damage and it was replaced and repaired exceptionally well! Many thanks especially to the auto body technicians it looks perfect! And the finishing touch, and greatly appreciated was the cleaning and detailing, it blew me away! Professionally done. Thank you so much!

I’d like to take this opportunity to commend all the staff at West Herr Collision. Zach, especially, went the extra mile in facilitating my repairs. It was a long process, the parts were an issue, but he remained patient and always helpful. Very glad to have him helping me!
