I've purchased all 4 of my vehicles from West Herr and couldn't think of a better place to have my car inspected for damages and repaired after it was rear ended. They inspected the vehicle top to bottom and did a thorough job. I received my vehicle today after the lengthy repair, it feels/looks as if it just was taken off the truck and put onto the dealership lot. They also did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my car throughout the whole process to ensure nothing was overlooked. Highly recommend.

Very nice people
I was very happy with the repair and with the service at West Herr. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated regularly regarding the process and when my 2019 Chevy Equinox would be finished. They communicated directly with the insurance company and then let me know what was happening. It was probably the easiest repair I have ever had done on a car. That being said, I still wish that deer had better decision making skills about crossing a road!
