Wifey had a fender-bender with our BMW X3, and BMW of Buffalo referred us to their sister shop, West Herr Collision. I’m glad they did. They kept me informed throughout the process, coordinated everything directly with my insurance (Traveler’s—nice to know their reps are local), and handled the rental car seamlessly through Enterprise. West Herr Collision made my repairs as well as my insurance processing as simple as I could have imagined. No surprises, advance notice of what was next and clear guidance on working with Travelers, which also provided outstanding service.
They did an excellent job fixing damage and got it done quickly. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Definitely would recommend.
