The technician did a great job on my vehicle, but the communication from my service advisor was extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off Tuesday for Wednesday service, only to be told on Thursday right before closing that they couldn’t work on it until the following week. No loaners were available, despite having a large fleet. When I returned the next week, I was asked why my car was there, and after that, I received no updates at all.
