It’s unfortunate that GM has been having an issue with the valve bodies failing in their transmissions. Fortunately for me, Madison at West Herr was great to deal with getting me through this as my truck was tied up for 5 weeks. She was responsive and kept me updated on everything Thanks Steve
Put 4 new tires on the following day a wheel speed sensor goes out. Coincidence? Now it makes getting 4 new tires overpriced trying fix their mistake. Thanks for 4 new tires on a now 2 wheel drive truck until corrected! You guys rock!
Justin was a great help for my car service at West Herr Chevy in Henrietta. Past experience haven't been as transparent or seamless as this past servicing of my car. I will give a shout out to my service writer Christian, was super friendly and helpful as well.
