Justin in the service department is the best, and always helpful. I know when I work with him, things will go well.
Working with Christian was great. Our only negative feedback is when the service department would call they would not leave a message. We are in meetings during the day, unable to answer calls , it would have been helpful if messages were left. In the end we were the ones always calling trying to find out what the repair and how long would it be so we could make arrangements for another vehicle.
I took my new Equinox for the first oil change at West Herr Chevrolet and the staff were courteous and professional. I appreciated the great service. I will return for the next service needed.
My issue was handled quickly and in a timely manner. Great experience!!
