Sales tried hard to help me. But I get requests for reviews on service. And my vehicle has never been there for service
Always a great experience taking my vehicle to West Herr! From the first person I talk to to the team member that hands me my keys after the service is complete.
Had an appt for an oil change. Work was done in a timely manner. All staff were pleasant, willing to answer any questions.
Really good Service Dept. Zero issues since I've been going there. Honest and truthful. Chris George has been a very good contact there. Hard to find a good Service Dept, but these guys deliver. Funny story - while I was waiting for my oil change, I checked out the new vehicles on the lot. Just made a deal on a new truck. One of the reasons I bought from them again is their Service Dept.
