I’m writing this review based on the service I have received—and continue to receive—from West Herr Cadillac in East Aurora. When I purchased my vehicle nearly two years ago, I was promised that whenever my car was in for service, I would be provided with a rental of equal value as part of my contract. However, that has rarely been the case. Great salesman and finance team
I always get great service from West Herr. Specifically I was working with Robert PA at the Buick dealership in East Aurora. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and opinion. Chris in the Finance office was also efficient and friendly. I would always recommend West Herr for your auto transactions.
