Very easy to work with and very responsive.
Called Wedt Herr up the morning of for a stripped oil pan plug. They had it in stock and were also able to get me in for an oil change that afternoon!! Great service and experience, when I am looking for a buick/gmc I will be sure to go to West-Herr Buick/GMC of Easy Aurora.
