Went to Safelite and ran into issues. Talked to Jonathan at West Herr and they took care of it. Great service

Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Jonathan defines the standard in customer service - personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Replaced my sunroof in 20 minutes while I waited. Part was there 1 day after my call. Work was done professionally and to estimate. Truly a stress free experience. They know what they're doing.
Jonathan was amazing through the whole process of getting my windshield replaced. I called him when others were hard to communicate with and he went above and beyond to make sure my work was completed in a timely manner.
