Very Good Experience with Allison.
I had a scheduled appointment on March 10, 2026, to bring my Acura MDX in for a seat weight sensor replacement recall. I was greeted by Jason S. He checked me in and arranged for my loaner vehicle. I found Jason to be nice, approachable and easy to talk to. He answered any questions I may have had, told me he would call when my vehicle was ready. He did just that.
